These are historic and challenging economic times for investors. The common real estate investing practices of a few years ago have rapidly become inadequate when it comes to making money in today's distressed real estate market. It's Just My Nature! Released

posted by Mike | category Books

I attended a book launch party tonight in Draper, Utah for Carol Tuttle's new book, It's Just My Nature!. It's a compelling book which for me provided life-changing answers to simple questions like why we use the term human nature, what we mean by nature, what we mean when we say someone has a natural gift, where that gift comes from? The book—which I had the opportunity to edit—unveils an I think startlingly accurate system for assessing your personality with new a system that helps you discover personality traits, behavior and physical characterics that reveal the true you. I highly recommend it!

Behold the Man Complete

posted by Mike | category Books

Since The Final Passover was complete, I have also been able to finish Behold the Man: A Biblical Narrative of the Last Days of Jesus Christ. It collects all the unique material that was identified in Final Passover and lays in down in narrative form—so it reads like a story.

The original source for this book is the King James Version (1611) of the New Testament. While the book is completely based on scripture, I have updated the punctuation and paragraphing, altered some capitalization and pronouns, and added single and double quotation marks where appropriate. I have also added conjunctive or transitional words, without setting them off with brackets, and have deleted some words, to help the flow of the narrative.

The Final Passover Is Finally Done!

posted by Mike | category Books

After starting the project 23 years ago, I finally finished the draft of The Final Passover: A Word-Phrase Study of the Last Days of Jesus Christ. The book is the result of a study I began during the Easter season of 1986. It was then that I made an first attempts to carefully study the events in the New Testament surrounding the last days of the mortal life of Jesus Christ and the first days following His resurrection from the dead. I wanted to fold together the story of the Passion as told in the gospel accounts of the New Testament so as not to miss any of the details.

The gospels according to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John each provide unique details about the events leading to Jesus’ death and resurrection. My goal was to: (1) identify and highlight the unique details from each of the gospels relating to the Passion; (2) to unify that material; and (3) to present the material in chart format, so that it could be easily identified.
